1935 Fordor Model ‘C’ (C15007). Much restoration completed, including new roof, top quality green leather upholstery, new wiring loom, chromed bumpers. Some work to finish. £4700 spent so far - open to serious offers.

Model “CX” Tourer, V5 paperwork, total restoration required, car in pieces. Reasonable offers accepted.

1936 CX four door, original registration on up to date paperwork, all complete, new old stock front wing, rewired, stainless steel exhaust, correct headlamp glasses and magniflex bars, runs, drives, stops, all lights working, I have owned this car for 35 years!, needs work..Offers in region £2,000.

Fordor Model “Y”, March 1936, a “barn find” which has sat in a barn for at least 20 years. The barn has leaked more recently, so some rust damage. A bottom up restoration required – hence only £300.

Tax and MoT until end of August. I have owned the vehicle for 6 years, but change of circumstances forces sale. Good condition mechanically and body-wise, but paintwork would benefit from some attention. Converted to 12v, but I still have the 6v items for the purist. Offers around £3000 for a quick sale. I also have a 10 h.p. engine and gearbox and a quantity of new and used spares.

Black and Maroon 1936 Model “Y” for sale by Roger Wright in the East Midlands.

July 1936 Tudor Model “Y” (Y149192) in a pretty tired state. Complete, but requires a major restoration including some welding to the body panels. Also a donor Model “Y” found in a field on its side, having been driven there by ‘boy racers’. £300 o.n.o. for both.

August 1936 Model “Y” four-door (Y150933). Black and maroon. The car has been standing for a number of years in a garage. In 1994, the number 3 plug was removed by someone, and it was left out until I acquired the vehicle. I have removed and cleaned the cylinder head, cleaned the valves and freed the pistons. Three head studs and two manifold studs were twisted off, so I have drilled them out and have had new head studs made to the same pattern as the originals. The head and manifold have been re-fitted. The distributor and coil were missing, so I have fitted a second hand coil and re-conditioned distributor. I have fitted a new battery and repaired the dynamo and electrics. I have made a new driver’s side door frame, and welded a patch on the offside front wing. I have made a new rain guide, on the offside. I have a box of spare distributors, other engine parts and two gear boxes to go with the car, or to be sold separately. The vehicle will be taken for MOT. The car can be viewed at my home. Offers in the region of £4000.

Model “Y” Tudor, registered 1st January 1937 (Y155008). Black with green wheels, trim and lining. Bodywork is sound but would benefit from some TLC. Running gear mechanically very sound. King pin bushes, track rod ends and brake linings replaced. Front brake drums replaced with sprayed metal re-manufactured drums turned to the original diameter with new bearings. New battery and four new tyres recently fitted. Engine 4,150 miles only, since fully reconditioned power unit fitted. MOT until 11th December 2012. £2995 o.n.o.

One nearside, long rad Y, repro running board. Good quality of workmanship. No rubber, steel only. Collect £75, add £10 for post UK. Ford 14mm spark plugs C31T - 12405. Developed by Ford Motor Company for use in the worn engine, which is inclined to burn oil and oil up its plugs. Set of four posted UK £16.

3 start thread "Replacement Steering Sector Nut manufactured by B&A Auto Parts, marked S.N.45 for fitting to Ford 8 (Y) fitted with new safety insert ring(patent applied for) Note: This nut is made undersize on effective diameter of the thread and requires lapping to obtain perfect fit. This should be done preferably with a thin oil". As you will gather, this part was NOT made by Ford. It is contained in it's original box marked as outlined. The nut is stamped Pat.No. 661578. Oil can and fitting bracket. From a visual inspection, this oil can appears to be in sound condition. The paint/transfer is 80% burned off /rusted off but it has the words Ford on the bottom of one side. The bulkhead attachment/fitting bracket is sound, though somewhat pitted and requires painting. 10hp. early/pre-war engine with side water manifold in any condition "dead or alive" for rebuild. Short engine or even 8hp considered.

A pair of sidelamps as fitted to some Model “Y”s and “C”s. These are the ones with a cover over the top and a front lens divided by a vertical bar.
