Club Cars
This page has been set up to allow you to show off your car, or cars, on your web site. Your Ford near a ford, on holiday, at a wedding, or a before and after restoration picture. Send a caption with your jpeg to Roy Hocking and as long as it's decent I'll include it unedited.

Eifel Cabrio-Limousine 1936 assembled in Copenhagen.
Roy's 1937 Fordor Y complete with sliding roof and muddy running boards. With a full service and new MOT she is ready for another full year of rallying with the club. This years jobs are to get headlight reflectors re-silvered and to fit modern indicators that don't leave other drivers scratching their head as to why I'm flapping my arm out of the window.

Photo of Dave Cooper (Fred) driving, and his mate barrelling along the A4, at 35mph, between Hungerford and Newbury in Berkshire. The car is a Ford Y of 1933 purchased by Fred's mum second hand in 1948, trading in a slightly newer one, for this one with a reconditioned engine fitted. The Y narrowly missed going for Stock Car racing in the 60s when replaced by a Land Rover. Fred often uses it for work if the sun is shining, as its about 12 mile run through the back roads. There are no bad photo's of Ys, but this is a little different!!! Photo was taken by Ben Brown who was the rear passenger.
(Don't tell my wife that these cars can pass a pub without stopping! Ed.)
