item may be borrowed from the library for a period of one month without cost to
members (other than postage). A charge of £2.00 will be levied for every
further month, or part month, the item is not returned. Non-members on the
magazine distribution list will be asked to pay a charge of £2.00 per month, or
part month, in advance. The library is not open to other
non-members.
